2026-2027 Pilot Cohort Opportunity

To support early planning and build capacity ahead of the statewide requirement under House Bill 2, ESC Region 19, in partnership with the Texas Education Agency, will launch three Pilot Cohort opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year. Participating in the pilot gives districts an important head start—allowing teams to build understanding, test systems, and prepare for full implementation before statewide rollout.

Districts can choose the pathway that best fits their needs:

  • Multi-District Cohort
  • Single-District Cohort
  • Leaders, Coaches, and Administrators Cohort
