Dyslexia

The Education Service Center-Region 19 provides professional development topics designed to support district personnel in the implementation of appropriate Dyslexia services to include; characteristics and definitions of dyslexia; current research; federal and state regulations; screening and assessment, and instructional strategies for teachers and parents. Assistance is available to aid districts within the region in the development of Dyslexia plans in accordance with state and federal regulations.
